Class Schedule at NY Homebrew Emporium

Beer Brewing 101 will be offered the first Saturday of each month from 4:00pm-5:30pm
A presentation about brewing, ingredients, the process and everything needed to get started. Cost – $40

Intermediate Extract Beer Brewing with Specialty Grains will be offered on the second Saturday of each month from 4:00pm – 6:00pm
A hands-on class that will make a batch of homebrew. The focus will be on ingredients, on how to design a recipe and more.  Cost – $50

Introduction to Wine, Mead and Cider Making will be offered the third Saturday of each month from 4:00pm – 5:30pm
This class will focus mostly on country wines, processes and equipment. Cost – $40

Cheesemaking Classes will be offered on the fourth Saturday of each month from 4:00pm – 5:30pm.
Attendees will make mozzarella and either ricotta or queso fresco cheese, and sample the cheeses with crackers. Classes will be about 1 1/2 hours long and attendees will be able to bring samples home. Class size is limited to five. Cost – $40
