The classic UK cultivar that is uniquely suited for brewing great English ales (and many other besides). Given its highly-prized characteristics, it’s no wonder that it is in short supply. To make ends meet, our supplier created a blend that is no less than 51% Maris Otter. This should be taken into account when working off of older recipes that simply call for “Maris Otter”.
