Description

Developed by Hop Breeding Company 369 CV and released in 2012, Mosaic contains high alpha content and features a unique and complex aroma profile that translates favorably into a variety of beer styles. It is tolerant to powdery mildew with good pickability of medium sized cones, but is susceptible to downy mildew. Mosaic is named in honor of the artistic assortment of aromas and flavors this hop is capable of presenting.

Known for a complex array of tropical fruit, citrus, berry, herbal, earthy and pine characteristics.
