Briess® CBW® Bavarian Wheat LME

Description

A light colored, American wheat and barley malt extract. It produces a neutral, slightly malty wort suitable for all wheat beer styles.

Contains 65% Malted Wheat. Basic extract for light flavored beers. Use as a base not only for such wheat-focused styles as Bavarian Hefeweizen, Belgian Witbier, and American Wheat Ale, but also for fruit flavored beers. Add 1-2 tablespoons to other brews to improve head retention.
