Road Trip: S&S Brewery, Nassau, NY

 

Anita and I cruised down Rt. 66 to 150 and Rt. 20 east until we got to Jefferson Hill Road. About ½ mile down the S&S barn appeared on the left.

We parked and walked over to the picnic area where the music played.

There’s a food truck, but you can bring your own picnic.

We ran into brewer Matt and the newest brewer in the family.

Some awesome storm clouds rolled in and we expected to get wet, but fortunately we were spared.  Brown chicken brown ale and a stout were very tasty as we talked with our friends Clif and Barb.
