le vermentinoVermentino, Tuscany, Italy

Located on the Tyrrhenian Sea which gives the area a warm, Mediterranean climate. The terrain is quite hilly and these hills serve as a tempering affect on the summertime heat.

Expressively refreshing with peach, green apple and fresh lime notes and a hint of tarragon on the finish. Sip-worthy on its own with a quenching acidity. Pairs well with regional Italian cuisine like pasta tossed in olive oil, fresh shellfish, and grilled chicken or turkey.

Most vineyards are located inland where the topography is mountainous, providing the grapes a much needed cool down in the evening.

Tempranillo, Garnacha and Bobal bring lush and hedonistic qualities while Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah offer body and structure. Notes of black and red fruit, cherry cola, anise and white pepper with a powerful yet subtle mouth feel. Pairs well with braised meats and rich sauces.

le blanc de noirBlanc De Noir, San Joaquin Valley, California

California’s largest wine region is an agricultural haven and is known as the “food basket of the world”. It has deep fertile soils and a cool Delta breeze.

Blanc De Noir is a French term which means “white wine from dark grapes”. This technique provides no skin contact after pressing to keep color light and tannins at bay. Expect flavors of crabapple, white peach, grapefruit and hint of strawberry with an off-dry finish. Pairs well with sliced ham, grilled white fish, and Eggs Benedict.

Sweetness: Off-Dry | Body: Light-Med | Oak: None | ABV: 13%*
