Come and brew with us on Big Brew Day
MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH US!
You can bring your brewing equipment and we will supply the ingredients to you to brew 5 gallons of “Return of the Jedi Pale Ale”
We’ll give you the recipe as well when you arrive on May 4. You can brew either extract or all-grain, and we will supply the water. We’ll also have burgers and dogs, and if enough people sign up we will make our famous Bacon Explosion, which is a decadent delicacy that should not be missed.
Extract brewers would need to arrive to begin brewing by 12 noon, all grain brewers need to begin brewing between 9am and 10am.

History of Big Brew Day: 1988, May 7 was announced before Congress as National Homebrew Day. The American Homebrewers Association created Big Brew as an annual event to celebrate National Homebrew Day around the world. Held on the first Saturday in May, Big Brew for National Homebrew Day is an opportunity to fire up the kettle and raise a glass to the greatest hobby there is— homebrewing!
