Weyermann® CARAHELL® is typically used up to 10 – 15% of a grist for fuller bodied beers with an improved aroma. It has a good effect on beer foam and also yields a full, round flavor with gentle notes of caramel. Contributes a deep, saturated color for whatever hue you’re aiming for.

Occasionally used up to 30 % to compensate for deficiencies in smaller beers such as:
