Description

Yeast recommended to brew abbey type beers known for their high alcohol content. It ferments very fast and reveals subtle and well-balanced aromas. There is some confusion as it is occasionally produced emphasizing BE-256 and other times emphasizing Abbaye. Should not be confused with the Lallemand Abbaye yeast strain.
