White Labs WLP039 East Midlands Ale Yeast
“British style ale yeast with a very dry finish. Medium to low fruit and fusel alcohol production. Good top fermenting yeast strain, is well suited for top cropping (collecting). This yeast is well suited for pale ales, ambers, porters, and stouts.”
Formerly known as Nottingham Ale yeast. This yeast is unrelated to the Danstar dry yeast of the same name.

Flocculation – Medium to High
Optimum Ferment Temp. – 66-70°F
Alcohol Tolerance – Medium
Manufactured September and October. Could be available through April.
