Class Schedule – Winemaking, Beermaking and Cheesemaking at NY Homebrew Emporium

Times and prices are as follows:

Brewing 101 will be offered the first Saturday of each month.
Beer Brewing 101 –
A presentation about brewing, ingredients, the process and everything needed to get started. Cost – $40
Introduction to Wine, Mead and Cider Making will be offered the third Saturday of each month.
4:30pm – 5:30pm
This class will focus mostly on country wines, as well as, the processes and equipment. Cost – $40
Intermediate Extract Beer Brewing with Specialty Grains will be offered on the third Thursday of each month.
A hands-on class that will make a batch of homebrew. The focus will be on ingredients, on how to design a recipe and more.  Class size is limited to four. Cost – $50

Cheesemaking classes will be offered at 5pm on the first Thursday of each month.
Attendees will make mozzarella and ricotta and sample the cheeses with crackers.  Classes will be about 2 hours long, attendees will be able to bring samples home.  Class size is limited to five. Cost – $50
